The Cobra B was available as a kit from Advanced Aviation Inc. of
Orlando, Florida. It was developed from the earlier Advanced Aviation
Huski. The Cobra VIP was powered by a Rotax 447 and the Ag Cobra by a
Rotax 532. The two seat King Cobra B was first flown in 1983 and is
powered by a 65hp(48kW) Rotax 532 and has a range of 75miles(120km),
cruising speed of 55mph(88kmh), empty weight of 325lb(147kg) and a
maximum take-off weight of 775lb(351kg). Examples are still airworthy in
several countries.
