The MXP650 was built mainly for a Colombian Air Force
contract. A two seat version with a maximum take-off weight of
991lb(450kg) is also available. The Colombian Air Force operate 8
examples of the Amigo S and one two seater. This design was previously
offered by ICP of Italy and is similar to the Zenair CH601.
