Although the Mini-Imp is lighter than most of the aircraft in this
volume it is included because of its unusual design. It features a rear
propeller driven by a mid mounted engine via an extended driveshaft. It
is available in kit form. It was derived from the earlier Aerocar Imp
which first flew in 1974 and was powered by a 130hp(97kW) Franklin.
