The Sea Hawker was designed by Garry LeGare as an all-composites
kitplane which was originally known as the Aero Gare Sea Hawker. It is
unusual for an amphibian in that it is a strutless biplane. It has side
by side seating with a small baggage compartment behind the seats. Aero
Composites Inc. of Illinois bought the rights to the design in 1985 .
