The Challenger 850 is a direct development of the
Canadair CRJ200 regional airliner. It is targeted particularly at the
company shuttle market. It is available in three versions including the
Challenger 870 and Challenger 890. These differ in the seating layouts.
The Challenger 890 for example can carry 90 passengers in 2+2 seating
for 1950miles(3135km). It entered service in 2006.
