The Canadair Regional Jet is a stretched version of the Challenger, incorporating a new wing and undercarriage as well as greater fuel capacity. The Series 100 is available as the CRJ 100ER (Extra Range) and CRJ 100LR (Long Range), each version having more fuel capacity. The Series 200 first flew in 1995 and is powered by a more fuel efficient version of the existing engine.
