The Model 150 was developed from the Model
140 as a two seat trainer. Built in numerous variants it became the most
popular trainer of all time, with 23,836 being completed when production
ended in 1977. The Model 150A (332 built) featured larger rear windows
and had its undercarriage moved further back. The Model 150B (350 built)
had an improved spinner and propeller. The Model 150C (387 built) had an
optional child seat. the Model 150D (681 built) first flew in 1963 and
featured a cut down rear fuselage with rear windows. The Model 150E (760
built) had minor cosmetic improvements. Thousands of these models remain
