The DA-5A is also a design by Leeon D. Davis and
remains popular among homebuilders. Plans were available from D2 Inc.
Another design by Mr. Davis was the Davis DA-7 two seat light aircraft
which first flew in 1985 powered by a 115hp(86kW) Lycoming O-235L2C.
