The naval version of the Venom featuring folding
wings the Sea Venom saw service with the Royal Navy during the Suez
crisis and also served with the Royal Australian Navy. A licence built
version was built in France by Sud Est and known as the Aquilon (101
built). A small number remain active in civil markings.
