The Little Mixer was originally built by James
MacManaman of Springfield, Oregon as a single seat sportsplane. It was
completely rebuilt in the 1950’s by Darrell F. De Long of Eugene, Oregon
and is believed to remain airworthy. It has since been re-engined with
an 85hp(63kW) Continental C85 and is now known as the Lee L-1P-S. James
MacMenaman also designed the Baby Fleet single seat biplane first flown
in 1931 powered by a 40hp(29kW) Continental A-40. It was rebuilt as a
two seater in 1952 and is now powered by a 65hp Continental A-65. It
remains airworthy.
