The D-Jet is is the first jet built by Diamond
Aircraft Industries and features short runway performance. Like the
other light jet competitors it is aimed at the light turboprop market
which is currently dominated by the Socata TBM700 and the Piper Malibu
Mirage. It is also one of only a few lights jets to have a single
engine.
