Fairchild-Hiller FH-227B


The FH-227 was a stretched version of the Fairchild F.27 which was a licence built version of the Fokker F.27 Friendship. It was built in a small number of variants including the FH-227C/D and E, the differences between these variants being minimal and including different propeller diameters and braking systems. A small number remain in commercial service.
