The FA-200 was an attractive light touring aircraft,
one of the few light aircraft designs to emerge from Japan since World
War 11. It was available as the FA-200 Aero Subaru 180(75 built) powered
by a 180hp(134kW) Lycoming and the FA-200 Aero Subaru 180AO(60 built)
which was a cheaper version with a fixed pitch propeller. A healthy
number remain active.
