The Oscar was an all-metal version of the Fachiro 11f
with a cut down rear fuselage and a taller fin. The type was built as
the P.64 Oscar 200 (9 built) powered by a 200hp(149kW) Lycoming and with
a maximum take-off weight of 2546lb (1155kg). The P.64 was assembled in
South Africa from parts supplied by Partenavia as the AFIC RSA-200 (21
built). A small number remain airworthy.
