The Legend was designed by Jeff Ackland and was
originally flown with a 600hp(447kW) V-8 engine. The Walter turboprop
was installed in 1998 and most of the aircraft under construction will
be powered by this engine. Kits were available from Performance Aircraft
of Kansas.
