Performance Aircraft Legend


The Legend was designed by Jeff Ackland and was originally flown with a 600hp(447kW) V-8 engine. The Walter turboprop was installed in 1998 and most of the aircraft under construction will be powered by this engine. Kits were available from Performance Aircraft of Kansas.
