Piel CP-1310 Super Emeraude


The Super Emeraude was built by Scintex in three versions including the CP-1310, the CP-1315 (17 built) which was powered by a 105hp(78kW) Potez and the CP-1330 (3 built) powered by a 150hp(112kW) Lycoming. A few Super Emeraudes were fitted with a tricycle undercarriage. A number of plans built versions are available including that from Littner in Quebec, Canada. Their CP.328 Super Emeraude has been built with different types of canopy and swept or conventional fin. Hundreds of homebuilt examples are flying worldwide and the Super Emeraude remains one of the most popular homebuilts. A CP.328 is illustrated below.
