An improved version of the J-5C Cub Cruiser, the
PA-12 Super Cruiser was a sturdy little bushplane which could be flown
on skis or floats. It featured a number of refinements including a
lengthened and reshaped nose. Production ended in 1949. At least 1600
are known to remain airworthy.
