The PA-20 Pacer was an updated version of the PA-16
Clipper and featured a larger tailplane and redesigned undercarriage. It
was built in three variants beginning with the PA-20-115 which was
powered by a 115hp(85kW) Lycoming and which had a maximum take-off
weight of 1750lb(794kg), the PA-20-125 powered by a 125hp (93kW)
Lycoming and the PA-20-135. A popular light tourer, the Pacer remains
active in large numbers.
