Sauper J.300 Joker      


Sauper Aviation was founded in 1992 to market kits for the J.300 Joker which was designed by Tony Minguet. It is an enclosed cabin development of his earlier design, the Tempest, a two seat ultralight first flown in 1984 powered by a 64hp(47kW) Rotax 532 and with a maximum take-off weight of 881lb (400kg). A side-by-side two seater the J300 Joker can also be powered by alternative powerplants up to 120hp(89kW) from manufacturers such as BMW, JPX and Limbach. It has also been operated as a light agricultural spray aircraft.
