The TST 5 Variant training and touring aircraft is one of a number of types built by TEST Spol including the TST-3 Alpin single seat powered glider, the TST 6 Duo powered by a 65hp(48kW) Rotax 582 and the single seat TST-9 Junior powered by a 40hp(29kW) Rotax 447.
