Designed by Thorsten B. Strenger the Thor T-1 was
available as a kit from Thor Air of Weston, Ontario. The Thor T-1A was
powered by a 42hp(31kW) Rotax 447. A two seat version was the Thor Juno
which was similar to the T-1 with a Dacron covered fuselage. Eleven
examples of the T-1 remain airworthy in Canada.
