Although developed from the RV-6 and featuring an
increase in wing area the RV-7 has many parts in common with the RV-8
and RV-9. Kits for the aircraft have been improved over earlier models
making it easier for the homebuilder and cutting construction time by up
to 30%. The RV-7A is the tricycle version.
