The Cygnet was designed by Captain A M Sisler and was
originally known as the Sisler SF-2A Cygnet. It was an improved version
of the Sisler SF-2 Whistler. In 1983 HAPI Engines Inc. of Arizona
acquired the rights to market the Cygnet and provided plans and kits to
homebuilders. Plans are now available from Viking Aircraft Ltd. of
Wisconsin.
