The Vision Aire Corporation of Chesterfield, Missouri
was established in 1988 to develop the Vantage which has been designed
as an entry level business jet aimed at smaller companies and private
owners. The company had a large order book for the type but in late 2002
filed for Chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy which allowed it to
restructure its finances and the future of the project is not known at
this time.
