The extremely popular S-12 Airaile has a single seat version in the S-14 Airaile which first flew in 1991 powered by a 42hp(31kW) Rotax 447 and with a maximum take-off weight of 775lb(352kg). The production version of the S-12 was first flown in 1995 as the S-12XL. A Model S-12XL is illustrated below.
