Replica Team of Sofia, Bulgaria built this 85% scale
version of the DAR 1 two seat biplane which first flew in 1926 and which
was built by DAR (Dargeavna Aeroplanna Robotinitsa), the Country
Airplane Factory, for the Bulgarian Air Force. Twelve of these trainers
were operated from 1926 to the beginning of World War 11.
